The carve-out, carried out by MBO & Co and Pinson’s management team, will allow the company to take advantage of the French market’s opportunities: favourable long-term growth trends, high business recurrence and strong market fragmentation. Pinson Paysage’s strategic development project involves structuring standalone central functions, improving operating efficiency and executing an active roll-up strategy to reach national coverage.
